ConnectMe Docs is at the core of our collaboration feature set. In addition to all
the powerful communication features, ConnectMe Mobile also includes ConnectMe Docs,
a compact, intelligent, document manager supporting web-based browsing and remote
file access by mobile users.
How does ConnectMe Docs Work?
Shared Folders
At the heart of ConnectMe Docs, the Shared Folder is where you will find all the
documents created by your team: sales tools, marketing materials, contracts, whatever
tools your team creates can all be easily shared.
Personal Folders
Have some personal stuff? We all do. Each user is provided with a personal folder
and each business account also has a ConnectMe Docs Shared Folder. Personal documents
can be uploaded right from your PC using ConnectMe Docs easy to use file manager
and cannot be viewed by other users, unless you grant them access.

How can I access my files remotely?
Your ConnectMe Docs folders can be accessed from the convenience of your desktop
PC or downloaded on-demand to your Windows Mobile Smartphone – from there
you can e-mail or beam them to a co-worker.
What kind of files can I store?
ConnectMe Docs was built for sharing common office files supported by Microsoft
Office, including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, .PDF, fax files,
and of course your audio files. Many other file types are also supported, such as
.gif, .bmp and .jpeg.
How big is my Online Storage space?
The Mobile Anywhere plan comes with 100MB of storage space while the Mobile Biz
and Mobile Corporate plans include 1GB of storage space -- that’s room enough
for thousands of files. If you need more space, just contact us.
