I’ve used some well known VoIP services and found the call quality to be spotty
and unreliable. Isn’t the ConnectMe Mobile service using VoIP too? What does this
mean for call quality I can expect?

ConnectMe Mobile does not replace your current cellular service provider and won’t
impact sound quality of your calls. On those occasions when ConnectMe Mobile does
use VoIP, it is done over Level 3’s managed network, which has extensive safeguards
to ensure call quality. Most VoIP services deliver calls over the public Internet
and are far more prone to call quality issues. |

How does ConnectMe Mobile give me access to important company documents?

ConnectMe Mobile includes ConnectMeDocs, a compact, intelligent document manager
that uses web-based browsing and file access by employees via their smartphone or
PC. ConnectMeDocs lets companies setup shared folders and employees setup personal
folders where important information can be securely stored, viewed and even edited.
ConnectMeDocs comes standard with 1GB of storage space – enough to store thousands
of typical files – and more space can be added as needed.

Anything you can save on your computer can be stored on ConnectMeDocs. The service
was built for sharing common office files and works best on Windows Mobile PDA phones

Adobe Acrobat PDF files, graphic images, audio and video files and numerous other
types of files. |

meet our users’ needs. Mobile Anywhere is designed for the single user and costs
$14.95 month. Mobile Biz supports up to 10 employees for $49.95 and Mobile Corporate
supports 20 users with additional features for $69.95. |

What is flat-rate pricing?

Our prices for flat-rate exclude usage by nationwide call centers or marketing Campaigns.
The Flat-rate service is access by a local number in your own calling area. If you
require enhanced call center features, toll-free numbers, or nationwide advertising
we recommend that you use our Mobile Corporate Subscription.

What other equipment or infrastructure will my company need in order to use ConnectMe
Mobile? |

None. ConnectMe Mobile is a hosted, or ‘virtual’ service, so we maintain all the
hardware the service runs on, shielding our customers from the cost of purchasing
any equipment and the associated complexity of installing and maintaining equipment.
The only requirement of customers is that they own a Windows Mobile smartphone.

encryption – what banks use – to ensure that information and user data remains secure.
ConnectMe Mobile servers are located in a secure, hardened network operations center
where access is restricted by biometric security to just a handful of ConnectMe
Mobile network administrators and technicians.

by my employees using your service ever be archived by ConnectMe or available to

How secure is my account information? Are the system passwords used by my companies’

to only a limited number of personnel, who may require this information should users

As a hosted service, ConnectMe Mobile is actually more reliable and able so assure
uninterrupted service compared to a premise-based service in which users must have
special equipment installed at their offices. The servers that run ConnectMe Mobile
are fault-tolerant and have redundant back-ups to avoid any hardware failures, and
these servers are housed in multiple carrier-class facilities nationwide which protects
against power outages. At the heart of ConnectMe Mobile is the virtual PBX platform,
which is proven, reliable and has support tens of thousands of users for years. |

Approximately how long will it take my company to install and roll-out the ConnectMe

On average it takes approximately 15 minutes per user, though naturally learning
to use all the features may take a bit longer and will vary by the user. We’ve worked

intuitive as possible.

Does my company need special phones or a server? Will we need to install any software? |

ConnectMe Mobile users are only required to have a smartphone. No costly hardware
needs be installed in users’ offices at all. With premise-based and IP-based PBX
services users have to invest in proprietary, single use hardware, which is useless
if they choose to drop the service. |

Does ConnectMe Mobile work with ANY smartphone? |

Windows Mobile 5.0 PPC Smartphones can currently use all of the features and capabilities
of ConnectMe Mobile. Support for all features and capabilities will be available
for the Blackberry in the near future. |

Does ConnectMe Mobile have upgrades already planned to the 1.0 service? As a customer,
how will my employees receive these updates? Will we have to pay to upgrade our
service? And if so, why should we adopt this 1.0 version when improvements are certain
to come in short order? |

Upgrades are indeed planned at regular intervals in the future to add new features,
functionality and improve the user experience. Upgrades are free to paying customers. |

Are training materials or training time included with the service? How will my employees
learn to use the service? |

ConnectMe Mobile is committed to making the service as easy and straightforward
for users. As such, we provide a user manual, on screen help guides, audio help
and help files on the smartphone itself.

What kind of on-call support staff does ConnectMe Mobile provide its customers? |

Free telephone support is currently available during regular 8:00AM -5:00PM EST
